Calling and dialer
Manual, power and predictive dialling in the browser, with recording, voicemail drop, supervisor listen/whisper/barge and post-call AI QA.
The problem
A separate dialer means calls are logged by hand, recordings live elsewhere, and managers cannot see what happened on a call.
Who uses it
- Sales, collections and support agents
- Supervisors
- QA managers
Used by: Sales, Customer support
How it works
- Start a dialling session in manual, power or predictive mode.
- Talk, transfer, hold, drop a voicemail and set a disposition — logged to the record automatically.
- Supervisors listen, whisper or barge into live calls.
- Recordings are transcribed after the call and can be scored by AI QA.
What it does not do today
- Transcription happens after the call, not live.
- Numbers and calls run through OpsyncHub’s Twilio or Telnyx connection.
