Workforce management
Most teams run commission in a spreadsheet rebuilt every month from CSV exports. The dialer already knows what happened. This is the same system doing the arithmetic.

Rules applied
Proportions shown for structure. Actual amounts are per-customer configuration.
A rule belongs to a campaign, so a retention push and a cold-outbound campaign can pay on completely different logic without maintaining two plans by hand.
A flat amount for each qualifying call. Optionally gated behind a minimum call threshold, so it only starts paying past a floor.
A flat amount per closed deal, counted from the records that actually reached a won stage.
A percentage of revenue generated, taken from the revenue recorded against the agent’s closed work.
An hourly rate, drawn from the same clocked hours the time tracker recorded — not a separately maintained number.
A one-off amount on reaching a defined target, for spiffs and campaign pushes that are not linear.
Each entry stores base pay, commission, bonus and total as separate values, alongside the inputs that produced them — calls made, deals closed, revenue generated and hours worked for that period.
The commission itself is stored as a structured breakdown rather than a single figure, so "why is this number what it is" is a question the record answers directly. That is the conversation that costs ops teams a day a month, and it is usually lost because the spreadsheet that produced last month's number has already been overwritten.
Stored per entry
The period opens and entries accumulate per agent: calls made, deals closed, revenue generated, hours worked.
A manager approves the period. The approval is timestamped, so there is a record of who signed off and when.
The period is marked paid with its own timestamp, and each entry keeps its base, commission, bonus and total split.
Agents see their own current period and pay history. Managers see the period, its entries and the commission breakdown behind each one.
OpsyncHub produces the period, the entries and the payslips. It is not a payroll bureau: there is no tax filing, no direct deposit and no statutory reporting. It replaces the spreadsheet that decides what each agent is owed — then you pay them however you already do.
