Getting Started with OPSYNC

A 7-step walkthrough to get your org live, your team set up, your records imported, and your first campaign dialing inside of an hour.

  1. 1

    Create your organization

    • Sign up at opsynchub.com/register — you start on the Custom onboarding for every team — talk to us first.
    • On first login, the onboarding wizard walks you through org name, timezone, business hours, and industry.
    • Pick a process type (Sales, Collections, Support, Recruiting, Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage, or General). This seeds your pipeline stages but you can change them later.
  2. 2

    Invite your team

    • Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite User". Choose a role: Admin, Manager, Supervisor, QA Manager, or Agent.
    • Your plan determines how many agent seats you get. Starter = up to 5 agents, Growth = up to 25, Agency = unlimited.
    • Invitees receive an email link to set their password. Their first login auto-joins them to your org.
  3. 3

    Import your records

    • Navigate to Records → Import. Drop in a CSV — OPSYNC will auto-detect fields like name, phone, email, and company.
    • Map any custom columns to custom fields on the fly. You can also preview the first 10 rows before committing.
    • Duplicates are detected by phone + email and merged. You can review conflicts in the import history view.
  4. 4

    Connect your phone system

    • Go to Settings → Telephony. Paste your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, or your Telnyx API key.
    • Buy a phone number from within OPSYNC or bring your own. Caller ID, CNAM, and local presence pool are all configurable.
    • Place a test call from the dialer — you should hear yourself on the other end. If not, check the debug panel in Settings → Telephony.
  5. 5

    Launch your first campaign

    • Campaigns group records into pipelines with stages, scripts, and assigned agents.
    • Create a campaign, pick a process template (or start from scratch), assign agents, and click Launch.
    • Agents will immediately see the campaign in their Workspace and can start dialing, emailing, or texting.
  6. 6

Set up AI QA (optional but recommended)

    • AI QA auto-scores every completed call against a rubric you define. It catches compliance issues, missed talking points, and tone problems.
    • Go to QA → Rubrics and create your first scorecard. You can clone one of our templates for Sales, Collections, or Support.
    • Calls are scored within minutes of wrap-up. Managers get notified on scores below threshold.
  7. 7

    Build your first workflow

    • Workflows fire actions when events happen — e.g., "when a record moves to Won, send a Slack message and create a follow-up task."
    • Go to Workflows → New and pick a trigger (record created, stage changed, call completed, form submitted, etc.).
    • Chain actions: send email, send SMS, assign agent, update record, call webhook, fire sequence, post to Slack.
