OPSYNC, Inc. ("OPSYNC", "we", "us") operates the platform at opsynchub.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

Account data — name, email, organization, role.
Customer records — contact data your team uploads (leads, tickets, candidates, etc.). You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
Communication content — call recordings, transcripts, SMS, emails sent through the platform.
Usage data — login events, page views, feature usage, performance telemetry.
Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

3. How we use your information

To operate the platform, deliver the services you requested, generate AI-powered insights (QA scores, suggestions), bill you, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors that help run OPSYNC (cloud hosting, telephony, transcription, email delivery, error monitoring, payment processing). We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and customer data for the life of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, then delete it on request. Call recordings and audit logs follow your org's configured retention.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, export, and objection rights apply under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws. Contact privacy@opsynchub.com to exercise them.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is role-based, audit-logged, and protected by MFA for staff. See the Security page for our controls.

8. International transfers

OPSYNC is hosted in the United States. EU/UK transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and notify you by email or in-app for material changes.
