AI that works on your company’s real data
AI in OpsyncHub is not a separate chatbot. It works inside the records, calls and conversations your teams already use — and it stops at limits you set.
Where AI shows up
- Records
- The assistant reads the record you are on, and can search, create and update records and add notes.
- Calls
- Recorded calls are transcribed after the call and scored against your QA rubric.
- Inbox
- Suggested replies drafted from the conversation so far.
- Pipeline
- An optional AI estimate of each deal’s chance of winning, beside the weighted forecast.
- Coaching
- Roleplay against an AI persona, and simulations with scenarios and a leaderboard.
Controls
- A hard spending ceiling per workspace: at the ceiling, AI requests are refused rather than billed.
- A review queue where people approve, reject or override AI decisions.
- Bring your own AI provider key from settings if you prefer.
What our AI does not do today
- There is no autonomous AI agent that works on its own.
- There is no real-time transcription or live coaching from speech during calls.
- Governance policy settings are recorded but do not yet change AI behaviour.
