Automation and workflows
Trigger-based workflows that assign, move, notify, message and update records — with dry runs, run history and retries.
The problem
Repetitive follow-ups, handovers and updates depend on someone remembering, so they happen late or not at all.
Who uses it
- Operations managers
- Admins
- Team leads
Used by: Sales, Customer support, Operations
How it works
- Pick a trigger — a record created, a stage change, a call completed, an overdue follow-up, a schedule, a form submission and others.
- Add actions: assign, move stage, tag, update a field, create a task, send an email or SMS, enrol in a sequence, call a webhook.
- Dry-run the workflow, then activate it after acknowledging what it will do outside OpsyncHub.
- Review run history and retry failed runs.
What it does not do today
- Workflows are built with forms; there is no drag-and-drop visual builder.
- Some seeded templates name triggers that nothing emits yet; those cannot fire.
- There is no step that runs an AI agent.
