Common questions
Do I need a separate account?
No. Sign in with your existing OPSYNC account — same email, same permissions, same data.
Does it work offline?
Partial. The app needs an internet connection for live data, but auth persists and queued actions sync when you reconnect.
Will I get an SmartScreen or Gatekeeper warning?
During public beta, yes — builds are still being code-signed. Click More info → Run anyway on Windows, or System Settings → Security on macOS.
Is my data different between web and desktop?
No. Both clients talk to the same backend. Anything you do in one shows up instantly in the other.
